About ReMind™
The ReMind™ formulation was specifically designed to reflect the very latest scientific understanding of brain nutrition. The active ingredients in the ReMind™ formulation are already found in the brain.
The ReMind patented formula combines carotenoids and the power of Omega-3. Omega-3 fatty acids are one of the key building blocks of the brain, with DHA fatty acids making up 40% of our brain. Carotenoids have been discovered in both our eyes (at the macula) and our brains.
ReMind™ gives you a targeted daily dose of:
- 500mg Omega-3 DHA
- 150mg Omega-3 EPA
- 15mg Vitamin E
- 10mg Lutein
- 10mg Meso-Zeaxanthin
- 2mg Zeaxanthin
How often should I take ReMind™?
With three capsules each day, ReMind™ will boost your diet and start you on the road to better brain function.
Do not take with porridge, as the fibre can inhibit the absorption of carotenoids into the blood.
The Science Behind ReMind
A unique, patented formula
The ReMind formula has received patents in the United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland for its role as an effective tool in supporting the maintenance of normal brain function. This patented combination of rTG omega-3 fatty acids (DHA & EPA), macular carotenoids (lutein, zeaxanthin, meso-zeaxanthin), and vitamin E is designed to provide targeted nutritional support for brain, eye, and heart health. *
Backed by scientific research
ReMind is supported by rigorous scientific research, including the reMIND trial conducted at the Nutrition Research Centre Ireland (NRCI), South East Technological University (SETU).

rTG Omega-3 – What are they?
Omega-3s are essential fatty acids that your body can’t make, so we must get them through diet or supplementation. The two most important omega-3s for human health are DHA and EPA. DHA is a key structural component of brain cell membranes and the retina, supporting normal brain and visual function. EPA works alongside DHA to maintain normal heart function. Delivered in re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form which means it’s a natural, purified version of Omega that’s easier to absorb and digest, with no fishy aftertaste.
Carotenoids – What are they?
Carotenoids are plant pigments responsible for the bright colours in many fruits and vegetables. They are found in high concentrations in green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, and broccoli, as well as in rainbow-coloured fruits. While over 700 carotenoids exist in nature, only three are found in the macula at the back of the eye. Our bodies cannot produce carotenoids, so they must come from our diet.
What Is the Macula?
The macula is a small, light-sensitive spot in the centre of the retina that is responsible for almost 90% of our vision. It provides sharp, detailed, and coloured central vision, essential for reading, driving, recognising faces, and everyday tasks.
What Is the Macular Pigment?
The macular pigment is the yellow layer of the macula where the macular carotenoids, lutein, meso-zeaxanthin, and zeaxanthin are concentrated. Meso-zeaxanthin forms the epicentre of the macular pigment.
